a common phrase I’ve heard and used all my life. For my grandchildren, or those who may have never heard that phrase, it basically means that after all is said and done, or after it is all over, what really matters is ______(fill in the blank). For me, it all boils down to the people I am blessed to have in my life.

I'm sitting at the airport
And am having my first non deadline time in awhile. It has been fun to have Tom and Lynn in this week, though I haven't been a very good hostess. In between a Primary meeting and moving every serving plate I own ro the church , I've been breaking in my new computer. It has kind of been a nightmare loading all the programs I need for my online work. It definitely beats having my old computer crash a few times a day, though. These pictures are probably upsude down, but that is probably appropriate.

Guess Whooooo . . .
It is our beautiful granddaughter, Lydia!
The hat is because Marshall wanted her to have a princess hat. |
All month we've seen her beautiful face every day when we've looked at the calendar .
In two years when she graduates, we will finally get to have full custody of her (or something like that) when she is here for school.
We love you, Lydia!

Right now I'm feeling
My niece, Stephanie, called me after reading my blog post about needing to make more money. She has been approved to have respite care for Andie. She asked if I would be interested. First of all, I love those little girls (and Stephanie and Bryce), so this is a win-win for both of us. I can spend time with them, which I like to do anyway, and earn some money at the same time. And, she can receive help without feeling like she is imposing.
Then a couple of days ago Justin's brother, Damian, sent me a text wondering if I would be interested in splitting a 40 hour work week with Tiffany (working for the law firm). It would involve organizing, reviewing, and making summaries of medical records and bills. I will even "have" to go to Oregon to get trained. I didn't have to think twice about that opportunity.
I truly am feeling very blessed.
