to bed right now. It is the first time, in probably 2 weeks, that I've gone to bed before 1 a.m. I need to get into a better routine that includes going to bed earlier, getting up earlier, eating better, exercising, and spending my time on the most important things.
Nothing new there, I've been saying that for the last 40 years or so.
