A widow and widower in our neighborhood are getting married today. I just want my son-in-laws to know that, when they see them over the holidays that it is OK to say something like "Is this your new bride" and "This must be your wife."
We've had some laughs about that the last few years. Dan and Justin are very friendly and sociable, and they have each made a comment like that when they have seen the couple together. Fortunately the couple have great social graces and made a nice comment back.
I love my sons-in-law and am happy that Trent has now joined the ranks.
