Why didn't I think

of this?  

My friend, Eileen, knows how much frosting I make and use for cupcakes.  So, she forwarded a link from pinterest showing a way to fill pastry bags.   It is slick.  It is so much less messy.  The only thing that made me laugh was how little frosting the lady doing the video made.  That is only enough for one of my cupcakes.

I tired it with my next batch of frosting (strawberry).   Wow, it really is amazing.
