FYI: The cupcakes were easy, but that is the last time I try to do a fondant cake. If I would have had more time or money, I would have tossed this one and bought just a small cake. It ended up being fine, though, as you really don't notice the details when it comes right down to it. Gary was ready to throw the plastic tower away, as keeping the different layers level was not easy. However, I convinced him that we could probably get another event out of it and quickly put it in a box where he wouldn't have to look at it again.
