And the winner is . . .

Sharilyn!
(I promise I'll get it to you on Monday)

Tiffany mentioned ears, but Sharilyn was right on the money.
(Besides, Tiffany is getting one anyway).
Tom won't get one for sure, because he insulted the mouse
when he said he was a cat.

Well, enough cat and mouse.

We had a treat tonight.  We had invited Gary and Lynn to dinner, and cousin Maisel happened to be walking by and was talking with them.  After twisting Maisel's arm, she agreed to come in and have dinner with us.  Then we called Kay, her sister, who had already eaten, but she came and joined us to visit.  It was great because it had all the benefits of a dinner party, but without the stress.

I love having Gary and Lynn here.  They had us to dinner last week, and while we were there Santa stopped by to welcome them to the neighborhood.  When we were leaving, another neighbor was outside fixing their street lamp for them.  It's nice to see them welcomed so nicely.

What a fun evening with relatives. Gary told me by phone the other day that he really enjoyed the time with you and Gary. I was teasing and called you an angel, but he quickly said "yes she is an angel." I won't tease anymore. Gary is getting to that age where he cannot tell teasing from truth.
