of "meltdown" according to Webster's Dictionary:

Pronunciation: \ˈmelt-ˌdau̇n\
Function: noun
1 : the accidental melting of the core of a nuclear reactor
2 : a rapid or disastrous decline or collapse
3 : a breakdown of self-control (as from fatigue or overstimulation)

I think I"ll pick definition number 3
to explain what I had today.
(Not that meltdowns can really be explained)

Sorry to hear about Gary and your melt-down. You should ignore all your responsibilities and come relax in Bicknell. There is nothing to do here- so you can't stress yourself out.

Hope you are doing better after your meltdown. Lynn just bought a dish that says "Families are forever, love doesn't melt". So, there are lots of people in and out of your family who love you and will not let your meltdown melt the love they have for you.
