Our Recipe Experiments

We were finally able to get together with Lexie and Matthias.
We had decided that we would try some new recipes together.
Natalie and Lexie had gone through a cookbook
to pick some out some new recipes that looked good.

Every time I try I new recipe I ask the family to rate it
on a scale of 1 to 1o.
Number 1 being "don't like it all."
Number 10 being "love it, could eat it once a week."
Gary, being the diplomat that he is,
nearly always rates whatever it is an 8.5.
(a very wise man)

So, averaging out his higher ratings,
the new dishes of "Chicken Angeline"
and "Feta Salad" were deemed too time consuming
for the results and rated an average of 6.5.
Not great, not bad.

On the other hand, we rated the company
and fun we had making and eating it
at an over the top 10.5!
